We just got home today from Greenville Texas, a lovely town, for the IDPA Texas State Championship.I am proud to say that Wes took 1st in his Class, 3rd in his entire Division, including 69 shooters and 7th match overall, with over 200 shooters! One stage he had the best score overall, a big deal considering he beat professional shooter "Gordon Carrol" sponsored by Smith and Wesson by over 2 seconds!
I thought that I would share a few pictures that I took while there. Of course you cant see the lobster that I have become, I am burnt to a crisp!
Overall we had a good weekend. Wes taking first and getting moved from Sharpshooter to Expert was the best part of it. I am so excited for him and how well he did and is now the 2008 IDPA Texas State SSP/SS Champion!
