Fun filled weekends!!

We went to the zoo this weekend. It was fun but very hot, so we didnt stay too long. Rowan had the most fun at the playground. He was running around in the dirt, oh I am in for it when he is older!! Any way, here are a few fun pictures of our day.

We also went to the lake and spent a day on the boat with our friends Ryan and Lisa. It was long overdue, and we had a lot of fun. It was the first time that Rowan has seen a real duck and real fish. It was funny. I would give Rowan bread to feed to them and he would eat it! Maybe next year on that one.

Our Sick Family

Wow we have had a rough 2 weeks here at our house. We all ended up with the stomach flu. Starting with Rowan, then Momma, then Uncle Jaik, then Dad, then Grandad. Hopefully it has ended. We had a trip to the ER because Rowan was extremely dehydrated. He had nothing but fluids last Saturday. A whole bottle of pedialyte, juice, milk, water, gatoraide, but he had diarrea all day long. So I broke down and took him in. He had to get an IV, it was the hardest thing to watch him get. My poor baby! They did xrays and he had a mild case of pnemonia too. So needless to say he had a tough time. He is doing much much better.

Happy Birthday Rowan!!!

Rowan is 1!! Isnt he a cutie?







We celebrated his true birthday at Chuck E Cheese on Thursday. It was just a quiet celebration(well as quiet as Chuck E Cheese can be.) My Dad and brother were with us. He was scared of the life sized talking characters. He had so much fun playing on the rides. His favorite toy was his gift from his Grandpa, a wagon with legos in it.

He pushed that wagon around for an hour! Then he threw a fit when we had to leave!


























We had his birthday party that Sunday. We had a great time! Here are a few pics...
